Shipping Information

Orders will be processed and shipped between 1-3 business days and shipped from Orange County, CA.  Processing may take longer depending on our availability of product. We strive to do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. If there is a possibility of a delay in shipping, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. Please note that for international orders, Veta Ties is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Each of our neckties are hand crafted in small batches so subtle variations may occur.  If there is a problem with your order, please use our contact form to discuss a return or repair. Items in their original, unworn condition can be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Original receipt or invoice is required when returning items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. It is encouraged that you obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Veta Ties is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment. We do not accept any return shipments that are mailed COD.
